Pakistan Hypertension League was conceived by Prof. Azhar Masood A. Faruqui and his associates in 1995, but officially launched in June 1997. Vohra, Dr. Maqbool Jaffery, Prof. Nazir Ahmed Memon & Prof. Ashfaq A. Khan (late).
